PUBLIC CLASS SCHEDULE

Annadelis teaches a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle and Restorative. All level Yoga classes that fit different levels practitioners. Check out her schedule to find out where she is at. Always helping her students reveal their personal practice by using proper alignment and journeys towards their authentic inner space.

ONE ON ONE TIME
ONE ON ONE TIME

Through private lessons, Annadelis can personalize your classes based on your health, body type and special needs. She offers private classes individually or in various class packages. Also, both solo and/or group format.

You choose the place: Yoga in the privacy of your home, at the beach, a park.
Annadelis is willing to find out what you can do and work from there.

KIDS YOGA
KIDS YOGA

Currently, Annadelis teaches Yoga for Kids at Princeton Ave. Montessori in Moorpark, CA.

This classes focus on stretching movements, breath work, relaxation and finally, chanting. Kids have fun and build concentration skills all at the same time.

WORKPLACE YOGA
WORKPLACE YOGA

So many people don’t have the time to practice Yoga due to work. That’s why Annadelis offers Corporate Yoga: classes to the business community.

Yoga is an excellent and effective way to increase productivity that builds a sense of satisfaction amongst your staff and harmonize your workplace. Employees come together as a group anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes to a yoga class that suits your needs as a corporation.

En ocasiones, la comunidad Latina en California ha sentido que Yoga se les es inaccesible debido a las pocas clases que se imparten en el lenguaje español. El idioma materno de Annadelis es precisamente este, y por ello ofrece clases completamente en habla hispana. Las mismas se enfatizan en la correcta alineación de las poses (asanas) acompañadas con técnicas de respiración y relajación. Igualmente se proporcionan sugerencias para modificar la practica de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada estudiante, para intensificar el nivel de dificultad o propinar opciones restaurativas.
